With peak values of between 27 degree Celsius in the West and 32 degree Celsius in the East on Sunday 4 July, the German Meterological Service DWD expect the heat to be slightly more bearable than the days before. On Monday and Tuesday it will be noticabely cooler than on Saturday 3 July with temperatures of up to 25 degree Celsius in the North and 31 degree Celsius in the South. Depois da tempestade que atingiu Uberlândia no sábado (28) e amenizou as temperaturas no fim de semana, uma nova onda de calor atua sobre o Triângulo Mineiro e Alto Paranaíba nesta semana. Segundo dados do Climatempo, a região pode ter temperaturas até 5° C acima da média.
Climatologistas informaram que as máximas devem ficar entre 36 °C e 40 °C e as mínimas de 19 °C a 22 °C. A previsão indica que quinta (3) e sexta (4) devem ser os dias mais quentes. A umidade relativa do ar também pode voltar a níveis preocupantes, com a mínima prevista de 15% a 20%.
O ar quente e seco dificulta a formação de nuvens e, por isso, não há previsão de chuvas. De acordo com o Climatempo, essa nova onda de calor pode se estender, pelo menos, até o dia 8 de outubro. É a oitava onda de calor do ano no Brasil.

Segundo a previsão, termômetros podem registrar até 38 °C em Uberlândia. Já Uberaba e Araguari, até 39 °C. A temperatura mais alta da região deve ser a de Ituiutaba, com previsão para até 41 °C. Veja abaixo os índices de outras cidades.
